Space Planning
Our space planning service is great for no-reno homeowners looking for a light space refresh, renters, and anyone in need of a starting point. We offer this remote too! Our space planning includes a design consultation, measurements, a dimensioned furniture plan, color scheme and mood board, and bid drawings if necessary.
Full-Service Design
Our full-service design offering takes clients from initial concept to completion, providing the planning and execution for a finished space.
Design Concept
During the design concept phase, we work closely with clients to understand their needs and style preferences. These factors along with the amount/source of natural lighting, walking patterns, storage needs and other criteria specific to the client and their home are considered. Utilizing visual tools and clear communication, a design concept is developed and based on client feedback, adjustments are made. Once a final design has been approved, we move on to implementation.
Implementation
A well-planned space facilitates a smooth implementation. We purchase all items, provide bid and as-built drawings to contractors, coordinate with other involved parties, establish timelines and workflow, and troubleshoot along the way
Completion
Once construction is complete and the finishes and case goods are installed, the design team will move in all furnishings, artwork and accessories. The result will be a completed spaced staged to perfection and ready to be enjoyed!
